Low Priority is: $10 per 10 minutes - Medium Priority: $12 per 10 minutes - High Priority: $15 per 10 minutes - Urgent Priority: $20 per 10 minutes - We round up to the nearest 10 minutes.

Unfortunately, until we know what is going on, we cannot say how long it will take to fix your issue. Some support tickets are resolved in a few minutes and others can take a few hours.

No, our rates are the same for an individual and a business. We do charge differently based on the priority of the support ticket.

It all depends on the situation. We can generally resolve the issue quicker if we have remote access to the device. Otherwise, we can work on helping you without doing remote access to your device.

We can do onsite support, this however is charged $70/hour and we round up to the nearest hour. We do recommend that we try to resolve your issue without an onsite visit first.
